Comments, exceptions and qualifications	The applicant making the request to register the trademark is granted a period of twelve months from the conclusion of the objection period defined in article 14 of this Act, if no objection against the request to register the mark has been lodged, or from the date of issue of a final decision concerning the objection, in order to complete the registration procedures, otherwise he is deemed to have relinquished the request for registration. Note you must enable the Opposition Deadline in order for this to calculate.
