Counting from	Notice of Acceptance/Grant Date
or from	Registration Date
Subsequent terms	10 Years

Effective date of this rule	1 Jan 2009
Comments, exceptions and qualifications	If the mark registered or renewed prior to 2009, enter the last granting date in the Notice of Allowance/Grant Date field. Do not enter a Grant Date, only the Registration Date, for marks which registered or renewed for the first time after 2009.
