Comments, exceptions and qualifications	For Swiss national marks, the 5 year period starts after the expiry of the opposition deadline or after termination of opposition preceedings. For International marks, the term starts 12 months (MMA) or 18 months (MMP) after the WIPO notification date, or termination of provisional refusal proceedings.
